Reading your post this thought comes to mind, "They that sow in tears ..shall reap with joy." I looked it up and the actual verse is "They that sow in tears shall reap in joy. He that goeth forth and weepeth, bearing precious seed, shall doubtless come again with rejoicing, bringing his sheaves with him." Psalm 126:5-6. I'm believing God is doing the work in you desired and He will use you in ways you would not have comprehended. Most likely not to these same people; but you are changed. You are that more broken, molded, pliable, useable. Blessings to you and a big hug from Portland.

I'm reading your post early Sunday morning ... time change gives another hour. Meeting you through balticblond and eaglewind. My first week on Xanga.

Thanks for being our eyes. Trust him that he will transform you and give you wisdom to be and do what he wants. don't be afraid of it all. he is still big and able. the little stuff still counts.

You are a brave girl with a lot of insight. You have seen the world as Jesus sees it! What a privilege (and yet a heart ache at times) to be His hand extended to His hurting world!

You're right about tv. We only see what they show us and it's never the whole story. Thanks for sharing the raw experience with us.
