Ok so I decided to jump-start an exercise regime. I haven’t been physically active enough in the past.. well… a long time now.. soo.. I decided to commit myself to 30 hours of exercise in 30 days.

Although that works out to an hour a day, obviously there will be many days that I double or triple up my times to make it more convenient.
My friend Karla is going to do it with me as a way to motivate herself as well to get back into a healthier lifestyle of regular, purposeful exercise.
We decided that it can be any kind of exercise – it’s just about getting something going.

So I thought I’d blog about it and see if anyone else would like to join our 30 day challenge?

I’ll post periodically about my progess… I figure it will help keep me accountable.

We’re starting tomorrow!

Haha….You can count me in….. I’ve been trying to get motivated to work out all summer…. I am playing college sports this fall and haven’t been very disciplined….I think coach is going to kill me….30 hours in 30 days is quite resonable…..

    I definitely prefer the Esther-approved “no-eating, coffee-drinking, more-smoking” technique for weight loss.  :-D

Did you know an hour is 60 minutes? That’s a long time! Put me in for a 30 minute bid, I’ll spend the rest of the time sleeping, no wait…I don’t do that either. :sigh:

I’m in. Do I have to post pics of my progess? Can I? haha
