Nick’s suggestion that you seek punitive damages is a must (and hilarious!). It reminds me of when I was 13 when I was sued because I was in a car that was at fault in a car accident. The itemized suit listed “Unable to perform wifely duties — $15,000″ I wondered at 13 what that meant…haha! Fortunately the suit was dropped as frivilous when the judge saw that their suit included a 13 year old.

ryc: I've played Ave Maria many, many times- just... not on the violin- yet :) -mainly either the Liszt transcription for solo piano or accompanying a violinist or vocalist. Beautiful, beautiful compostition. Schubert's and Gounod's arrangements are my favorites.

I asked for an Ipod for christmas….the normal kind…hehe i don’t know numbers or sizes…..just the basic ipod is what i want….there was a hilarious skit on Saturday Nigh Live last week about the IPOD….anywho i will definitely come visit you after finals :-) we have alot of catching up to do
