I’ve noticed that lately (as in the very few posts I’ve put up in the past several months) that I may seem melancholy to the Xanga world. Since the majority of people who read my site have limited access to additional information about my life I’d like to officially apologize for giving an inaccurate portrayal of myself. Despite my emo-ish posts as of late, I am in a great place in my life. My time in the Midwest has been filled with laughter, adventure and love.
For graduation I got Lonely Planet’s guide to England and have subsequently fallen in love with the country. It might seem silly, but when I picked the University of Durham to get my Master’s I wasn’t all that impressed with the idea of living in the UK – I figured it’d be interesting but that’s about it. Seriously though – there is so much to see in that small country! The more I read about it the more excited I become… plus every month that goes by I realize just how soon I’ll be there.
internship, or something that would give me the experience I lack in my field. I guess we’ll just see what happens…

I just need to tell you how much I like you. OK here it goes… “I like you, I like you a lot!”… OK I feel better, It had just been WAY too long. much love friend… keep the midwest in line for me. (I’m doing my best with CA).

Wow, I’d have to agree with everyone else who posted, Esther. You and Nick are entirely too cute together to exist on this Earth. Perhaps I’ll call the aliens to come exterminate you soon…
Alas, I missed you at Josh and Kirsten’s wedding. The Jordan crew says hi and sends their love, though, which is worth something. I still have your Lost season 1 dvds, though, and don’t know how to get them back to you. Perhaps I’ll keep them, as you’ll soon be exterminated anyway.

How was your trip? Sounds amazing.
And, I too, think you’re beautiful…

You and Nick are entirely WAY too adorable. I think we’re having a Town Meeting about it soon. We can’t risk having such cheerful cuteness in my neighborhood. :P

Okay you two are ADORABLE! You both look so gorgeous and HAPPY!!! All the photos are just beautiful! I am excited about you studying at Durham. Fr. and I have friends that teach there. We lived in London for 10 years, both of us studied there. Fr. did his Phd. at Kings and our first child was born in England. YOU ARE GOING TO LOVE ENGLAND! Soak up every minute of your time there and travel as much as you can. Now that I am home raising 4 children I am so grateful for my 20s and all the travel we were able to do. I have wonderful memories and I am very fulfilled which makes raising a family all the more richer. May God continue to bless, protect and guide you, this is a very special time in your life Esther. Enjoy!
