nikbiss: [..YouTube..] You look amazing, pregnancy still amazes me (who hasn’t yet had a baby, and hopes to someday).

I was wondering how you were feeling about the whole body image issue, with being pregnant and how that changes the body for sure!

Anyway, I’m rambling. But you’re so right, it is just as important to work on the emotional side as the day-to-day food and exercise side of weight loss/maintenance. And I think you’re going to do great at both!

Best of luck :-)1 year ago

lilpuffykinks: [via YouTube] Girl you are so right. Why can’t we just live in the moment without being so critical of ourselves? I think I know why. Society. I dictates to us who we should be. Unfortunately we believe the hype. Yet we are not happy. No matter how thin, rich, beautiful or whatever, we will always find something to down ourselves about. Can we all just stop and thank God for who we are right now and live in the moment!!!1 year ago

DavidTheNovelist: [via YouTube] Esther, I hope you find yourself buoyed up on the positive comments you get on your vlogs. You’re a beautiful woman, radiant and glowing in pregnancy. Try to recognise and challenge any negative thoughts you have with something positive – plenty of inspiration to be found amongst your regular viewers. By all means try acheive a size you are happy with, but don’t think for a second you are anything less than lovely, whatever size you happen to be.

I hope everything goes well for your family1 year ago

Monique: Hey! I noticed the same thing about myself. I started loosing weight in about 2003 by the end of my senior year of HS (2005) I was at my goal. I was soo critical of myself still at that moment. It took me regaining 30 lbs before I realized all the work I had done. At that moment it changed and I lost weight :) You had the realization, now when Jude is here you will be able to be okay with yourself. Go back to what you know. Congrats!1 year ago
