[via YouTube] I know you probably get a lot of messages. I’m a 25 yr old guy. I see a lot of myself in you. People tell me I”m good looking, but it doesn’t matter. I assume you’d understand, since you’re clearly very pretty, even during pregnancy, but i bet even though people probably tell you a lot, it doesn’t change how you feel.
My question is, now that this video is a year old, have you found anything to help this out? (I am also suicide as you once were.) You helped once before, i could use it again.
[via YouTube] I’m with ya, sister. I feel like so much of my life is me holding myself back when I could stop wasting this energy on self doubt and just go for it. Whatever my goal happens to be at the time.
I’m very inspired by your videos. Thanks for posting! =]
[via YouTube] You’re right, it’s heartbreaking that women are taught to hate their bodies from an early age. It’s such a waste. Life is short, why not enjoy it while we can? And yet we make up these stories, these fictions, to punish ourselves. It’s insanity, and I mean that literally.
Diets are not healthy (and despite what WW says, it *is* a diet) and don’t work long term. Please research intuitive eating and focusing on what makes our bodies feel good and supports them in proper functioning.
[via YouTube] thats really true! Ive recently lost over 50lbs and now i feel like i am WAY more critical of my body than i ever was at my heaviest! It’s crazy.
