[via YouTube] I know you probably get a lot of messages. I'm a 25 yr old guy. I see a lot of myself in you. People tell me I"m good looking, but it doesn't matter. I assume you'd understand, since you're clearly very pretty, even during pregnancy, but i bet even though people probably tell you a lot, it doesn't change how you feel.

My question is, now that this video is a year old, have you found anything to help this out? (I am also suicide as you once were.) You helped once before, i could use it again.

[via YouTube] I'm with ya, sister. I feel like so much of my life is me holding myself back when I could stop wasting this energy on self doubt and just go for it. Whatever my goal happens to be at the time.

I'm very inspired by your videos. Thanks for posting! =]

[via YouTube] You're right, it's heartbreaking that women are taught to hate their bodies from an early age. It's such a waste. Life is short, why not enjoy it while we can? And yet we make up these stories, these fictions, to punish ourselves. It's insanity, and I mean that literally.

Diets are not healthy (and despite what WW says, it *is* a diet) and don't work long term. Please research intuitive eating and focusing on what makes our bodies feel good and supports them in proper functioning.

[via YouTube] well that's true, but she provides so many women with an inspiration and by showing us this message, it's telling us that it's kind of inevidable even in the best of people.

[via YouTube] You know what the sad thing is?? people who watch you and see how pretty you are and see that you are complaining hate you! I do the same thing about myself I only notice the bad and I don't really know how to change that. I think we all just see ourselves the way we THINK other people see us.. If we had an overweight past and got teased about it, it's hard to let that go.

[via YouTube] Oh jeez, I think it's in human nature to immediately gravitate to the negative thought spectrum. I had the SAME experience the other day when looking at some old pictures. Weird, isn't it...

[via YouTube] You are a genius and are saying exactly what people are thinking subconsciencly and bringing it to the surface. Very empowering, strong and respectable. I am favoriting this because it is a very powerful speech.

[via YouTube] hi,
im 21yr male and been dealing with body issues since junior high. I think it all started when I was about 5 or 6, I remember always doing my hair before going out to play and my mom told me that when I was small I use to re-do my homework over and over till it was perfect. Well now im 21 and my mind constantly focuses on the face. I can see the relief in "positive thinking", but for me that is wishful thinking, because I always revert back to the same thinking. Goodluck being a Mommy.;)
